I, Billy Ryals started with a Dream that many others thought was impossible without financial backing, banks, or partners. I have stayed committed to that dream and still support it by working a full-time night job. I started in 2017 with 1 machine an old truck and a trailer and have been learning every day since then, My 4 children (all girls) and my wife are involved in the business to help be successful. In 2020, due to the long hours needed running 3 trucks and trailers from 7 am to 2 pm and then working a 12 hr shift, I developed some health issues related to exhaustion. This caused me to revise how I run the business by involving my girls while learning while earning. The changes have helped, however, I’m not where I want to be yet.
